Online Dating Advice for Men: Choosing Your Profile Photos

0

It’s a new year, and one of your resolutions was to find a life partner. Being in the 21st century, one of the most practical ways of getting a lover is through online dating. So you set up a fantastic profile and hope the females will come through. Yes, you are on the right track, but remember that women will consider your profile picture before accepting a date invite. Here’s how to select the best photo.

1. Copy profiles you find attractive

A lot of dating experts say that you should use a good photo. Wait a minute, what does this mean? A good picture should match up what you would like to see in your potential partners. Browse profiles, find the people who look attractive and then mimic their profiles. You do not need to wear the same clothes or have a similar background.

2. Stay true

If you have taken time to browse online profiles, you have probably noticed how “fake” some seem. Some will merely stare into the camera while they show little or no emotion. That is something you should avoid doing. Instead, get an attractive and genuine photograph. Try getting a photo that’s in a happy environment. Such selfies make you seem like you are fun to hang around, something that a potential partner will love.

3. Photos with female photos are a bonus

Research has shown that ladies find men more appealing when they see other ladies smiling at them. So, a picture with a female relative or friend could get you the woman of your dreams. However, it should be clear that you are merely friends and nothing more. It is also wise to use a photo with more than one woman to avoid it looking like an ex. Do not crop off someone from the photograph if it will leave any traces of them.
